  Mostly poor experience with my visit. Aside from the 45 minute wait, (which I expected since it was Saturday night and this location is popular), everything took forever. Our server didn't greet us until roughly 15 minutes after we were seated, but had time to tell us in passing twice that she'd be with us soon. Our food took 25 minutes to come to the table, and when it arrived it was cold. Had to ask for my soup because it didn't come out before the meal like I'd requested. Our server came to our table twice after our food was delivered. The second time, we asked for our check. She brought us the wrong check. Took another 10 minutes to get the proper check.
  
  I've been to this location many times before. The worst experience, by far, was tonight.

  We went during New year's. Great time. Karaoke was fun and nice and free champagne when the ball dropped. The owner came around and talked to everyone to even make sure our new years was nice. Definitely recommend. Also parking was easy with their parking lot.
